L'AMPOLLE
The oil of Ampolla is an extra-virgin "Tuscan" IGP olive
oil that is made from olives hand picked at the perfect state of
maturity from the olive groves of Chianti, that are strengthened
by the following tree varieties: Frantoiano, Moraiolo, Leccino,
Pendolino.
The olives, first crushed with millstones and cold-pressed, are
carefully bottled in dark glass "AG" bottles that guarantee
the best conservation of its excellent organoleptic qualities for
a long time.
The product has an intensely green color, changing to amber over
time, and is pleasingly fruity, fresh and harmonious to smell, with
a distinct, decisive taste, barely spicy and velvety when just crushed.
